Supply Chain Management


This course includes three modules on the topic of co-packing and food safety. For those companies who wish to use a co-packer and what to look for in a processing facility. 

  • Module 1   Food Safety For Supply Chain Management:  This presentation is an introduction to food safety   when co-packing a food product. 
  • Module 2   Dividing GMP and HACCP for Food Safety Supply Chain Management:  This presentation demonstrates the division of food safety roles and responsibilities between all parties involved when co-packing a food product. 
  • Module 3   Checklists for Food Safety Supply Chain Management:  Checklists are included for co-packer, client and facility evaluation, and for drafting co-packing contracts. 

ABC HACCP Plan Tool Kit And Home Study Program


Some people are not able to attend workshops online because they are limited by their technology. To solve this problem a distance learning option for people who are unable to participate online is available.  A personal Home Study Program to complete the "ABC HACCP Plan" program.   Up to 16 hours to complete including quizzes and review.
